Ended up here with a nasty laceration. Hard to "love" an emergency clinic, but this is a cool place to find yourself should the unfortunate need arise. I was treated very nicely by everybody I encountered, and the doctor rocked.

Working hours normally starts at 8, and it’s 8:12 no one opens the door.

There are some people who care and will be courteous. Then there's a snotty tone in the voices of other. The doctors are very consistent and thank goodness for there great compassion.

They're lovely!!! Front staff is always so kind, the nurses are wonderful and knowledgable and Doctor Sara Thompson is a saint, I HATE medical settings but I always feel so much better here, best experience I've ever had with a medical clinic!

I just seen Ruth Mchallis or something of that nature she wasn’t even hearing me, I was trying to explain my back story of why I been possibly having these symptoms.. usually going to a doctor you are suppose to feel like rest assured and that was not the case she pressed so hard on my side where I already told her it was hurting and was in such a rush she didn’t listen to Any of my concerns they just look at me like I’m crazy when I have medical things going on and proof on my body that things are happening I’m sick of being dismissed it’s bullshit! Dr Thapa has been the only one really compassionate about being a doctor. I don’t even like to write reviews but this is it I have had enough of the lack of attention of care if you could go into my workplace and I can give you answered and attention I expect the same.
